What you will be doing:

The Head Chef oversees the entire operation of their YO! Kitchen and is ultimately responsible for the safety of our teams and guests.

Leading and inspiring the kitchen team, you are committed to food quality, adherence to specifications, and preparing each YO! dish excellently. Ensuring a happy team and satisfied guests is central to your approach. You are passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience, developing your team to Super Squad status, and driving the restaurant's profitability through effective control of food costs.

You are comfortable working across all kitchen sections, capable of cutting fish, cooking rice, rolling sushi, and maintaining the kitchen environment daily. You lead energetic shifts, ensuring each service delivers an exceptional experience for guests and staff alike.
