Are you a passionate, talented chef ready to lead a vibrant kitchen team without the stress of late nights? We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to take the reins at a dynamic daytime venue in the heart of Manchester.
This role would suit an ambitious Sous Chef ready to step up, or an experienced Head Chef coming from a similar daytime or brunch-led operation.

Operating across 7 days a week, this venue has built a reputation for quality food, exceptional service, and community-driven experiences. As Head Chef, you’ll be at the heart of the operation — crafting menus, leading a team, and helping shape the future of the food offering.
?? What You'll Do:Lead and inspire a passionate kitchen team
Oversee daily kitchen operations with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and presentation
Develop and evolve an exciting brunch-focused menu, using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Work closely with the events team to deliver bespoke food offerings for private functions and special occasions
Manage food costs, stock control, hygiene standards, and kitchen systems
Ensure smooth service during peak brunch hours and event catering
Daytime hours only
Work 5 days out of 7 – including weekends on a rota

£35,000 - £37,000 per year
