As our next Head Chef, you will provide an exceptional culinary experience, ensuring our guests' stay exceeds expectations. You will build friendships, develop a reputation for outstanding service, and elevate our Exchange Lounge and Bar!

You'll be a team player, embracing challenges with a limitless mindset that highlights our affiliation with Accor. You will lead our experienced kitchen team and support operations at our sister hotel, Ibis 96 Portland Street. Your role involves welcoming guests warmly, prioritizing their well-being, and adding a personal touch—whether creating a special dish or delivering a gastronomic welcome for VIPs. You will be passionate and dedicated to continuously enhancing the quality of hotel services.

Additional Information

To support your success, you will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety protocols.

Our hotel features 169 rooms and offers four-star service. We provide complimentary meals, unlimited coffee, and a fun work environment. Fluency in English, along with good numeracy and IT skills, is essential.
