Our stunning Cosy Club Manchester is on the hunt for a passionate and driven Head Chef. Fresh from a venue refurbishment, this site is ready for someone brilliant to make their mark and take this established site to the next level.

At Cosy Club, you can expect casual days and vibrant evenings. From brunch and coffee to dinner and drinks, our guests join us for an experience like no other. Our Head Chefs deliver excellence in cooking, coaching, and mentoring.

As one of our Head Chefs, you could earn circa £60,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £50k per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £4.5k - £7.5k per annum
• Bonus: Up to £5k annual bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Paid for hours worked beyond contracted hours at your normal hourly rate—no pre-approval required
