Location: Maplewood Court, Northumberland Rd, Maidstone ME15 7TA

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: Competitive salary dependent on experience

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Days, 5 x 8-hour shifts per week

What you will be doing:

• Leading the Kitchen and Dining service across the home.
• Designing, presenting, and delivering high-quality menu options.
• Procurement of ingredients and delivering impeccable customer service in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
• Recruiting, inducting, and developing your team.

What you need to succeed:

• Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience delivering high-quality service as a Head Chef is essential.
• Experience in recruiting, inducting, and training your team.
