New Opportunity at Abbey Road Studios

We are excited to open a new site at the legendary Abbey Road Studios and are seeking a dynamic Head Chef to lead our team at this iconic London location, renowned for hosting some of the world’s greatest artists, producers, composers, and musicians.

This role offers the chance to work in Abbey Road’s restaurant and in-studio dining hub, a central space for our team and creative community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team including Sous Chef, CDP, and KP.
• Manage daily kitchen operations and large events.
• Contribute to the upcoming kitchen refurbishment project.
• Develop seasonal menus aligned with food trends.
• Launch and oversee new “In Studios” food services.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and portion control.
• Innovate and bring new ideas to life.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Manage food costs, GP, and budgeting effectively.
• Support event delivery and collaborate with other departments.

Candidate Profile

• Passionate, creative chef with relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of food trends, menu development, and kitchen innovation.
• Understanding of food cost control and kitchen efficiency.
• Enthusiastic about building new initiatives and embracing change.

Working Pattern

• 5 out of 7 days
• Full-Time
