????? The Role

As Head Chef, you’ll take full ownership of our kitchen operations – from menu innovation and sourcing, to team leadership and cost control. You’ll be both creative and commercial, inspiring your team while ensuring top-notch food and seamless service.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop exciting, seasonal menus

Lead, inspire, and grow the kitchen team

Ensure consistently excellent food quality and presentation

Oversee kitchen budgets, stock control, and GP targets

Drive innovation and contribute to our long-term vision

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, health & safety

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a quality kitchen

Strong leadership and communication skills

A love of fresh, seasonal food and innovative techniques

Commercial awareness and understanding of kitchen finances

A calm head under pressure and a hands-on approach
