We’re looking for a strong, experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The Blues Kitchen Shoreditch — a high-volume, late-night venue serving fresh, consistently executed dishes inspired by Americana. Our menu blends comfort food with club grill classics, and we’re known for delivering quality at scale.

What you’ll do:

Lead and manage a large kitchen team, setting clear standards and ensuring smooth service across busy shifts.

Maintain consistency and quality in every dish, with a focus on fresh ingredients and precise execution.

Build and implement structured training and development plans that align with our company values, supporting genuine team growth.

Oversee menu delivery and support seasonal updates in collaboration with the senior chef team. Manage all kitchen operations, including stock control, food costs, compliance, and rota planning.

Work effectively in a fast-paced, late-night environment without compromising on standards.
