Are you a Kitchen Manager or a Sous Chef looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Head Chef / Kitchen Manager with experience in fresh food gastro pubs or casual dining restaurants to join our team.

The Fountain & Ink is a modern British pub located in the heart of South Bank, near the National Theatre, BFI Film Theatre, and Southbank Centre. It's an ideal spot for drinks and dinner after exploring the nearby theatres and galleries. Our menu features sumptuous small plates, seasonal specials, and hearty gastropub classics.

Sundays are dedicated to serving the best roasts in Southwark, including beef sirloin, mushroom and lentil Wellington, and Suffolk chicken crown.

You Are:

• An enthusiastic, dynamic Chef ready for a new challenge.
• Experienced in working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus.
• Knowledgeable about health and safety in a professional kitchen.
• Proven track record in managing kitchen operations, controlling stock, and GP.
• Detail-oriented with technical skills.
• Problem solver who can resolve issues efficiently.
• Confident communicator and team leader.
• Reliable and prideful in your work.
