Bertrand’s Townhouse, a refined boutique hotel with 43 stylish rooms in the heart of Bloomsbury, is preparing to open its doors soon. Inspired by the life and mind of Bertrand Russell, our hotel celebrates intellect, witty charm, and considered hospitality. We’re building a team that values sincerity over scripts, and care over procedures.
As Head Chef, you’ll lead a passionate kitchen team, bringing creativity and energy to every service.
While operating a small kitchen, we aim high when it comes to creativity. Our kitchen serves breakfast, both buffet and a la carte, alongside elevated light bar bites available through the day. The venue features a 34-cover outdoor terrace with a cooking station and a 28-cover indoor lobby bar, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We’re looking for a Chef who enjoys interacting with guests and creating a welcoming, memorable experience.
