Requirements:
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and competent, good time management, arriving earlier in the day to complete prep before service.
- Adheres to food safety and hygiene to an exceptional level.
- Knowledge and interest in Greek cuisine.
- Introduce new Greek dishes for special events or seasonal menus.
- Can multi-task and adapt to the needs of customers (e.g., allergy requirements).
- At least 2 years experience working as a sous-chef or chef de partie.
Experience: Required
Employment: Full-time
Schedule: Tuesday-Sunday (6pm-11pm)
Starting time: Immediate start!
