The Londesborough, a leading independent Gastro Pub in London, is seeking a Head Chef with expertise in 'Fresh Food' to lead their busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid understanding of food safety, and the ability to mentor team members to elevate the dining experience, all while maintaining high standards and compliance with health regulations.
We have a position for a Head Chef with solid proven “Fresh Food” experience to take over the running and management of our busy kitchen.. You must be a strong communicator who is approachable across all levels.. You must be reliable and dedicated to exceeding expectations.. Our ideal candidate will be up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S & legal regulations.. You can deliver proven experience supporting, coaching, and developing our small and effective team.. You should have a full understanding of Kitchen Management & food safety.. We are looking for proven experience of stock taking & waste management with the ability to adapt and learn new systems and operating procedures.. Ideally holding level 3 Food Safety qualification. An ambassador of the company’s values, always working within the code of conduct.. Be happy to work closely with the rest of the kitchen team and have the ambition to take this pub & restaurant and private events operation, to the next level.

Salary: £15 – £17 hourly
