Responsibilities:

1. Menu Creation: Develop innovative, seasonal menus that balance pub classics with modern twists.
2. Leadership: Manage, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver excellence every service.
3. Kitchen Management: Oversee food preparation, stock control, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Cost Control: Ensure budgets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with front-of-house to provide a seamless dining experience.
