The job posting is for a Head Chef position at Aria Healthcare's Claydon House, a 49-bed residential, dementia, and nursing home in Lewes. Main duties of the job

The Head Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen team, mentoring staff, and showcasing their creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts with no evenings, and the successful candidate will receive a fully supported induction to gain the technical skills required in healthcare. They will also have the opportunity to mentor the kitchen team through the organization's Chef Academy.
