Job summary

Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is recruiting a Head Chef for a stylish country inn in the Oxfordshire countryside. You will lead a kitchen focused on fresh, seasonal, locally sourced produce, with a modern menu and daily specials.

Working closely with the General Manager and owners, you will manage GP and labour, implement new ideas, and provide leadership in a small, independent property offering progression and a 4-day week if required.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a high-end or country inn
• Proven ability to manage GP and labour in a kitchen
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for seasonal, local produce
