Head Chef

We are looking for an existing Head Chef or an experienced Sous/Senior Sous Chef who is ready to let their ability shine. As leaders in our business, Head Chefs are the figureheads of the dining operation. Your experience with fresh food, managing and developing people, and running beautiful kitchens will set you up for success.

Do you have…

1. A high standard of food knowledge and skill with full fresh ingredients from scratch
2. A born leader who wants to drive a team of hardworking, friendly, and ambitious Chefs towards excellence
3. Up-to-date knowledge of COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements
4. A willingness to develop personally while also propelling the brigade forward
