Job summary

Loungers is opening Brightside, a fresh new restaurant concept for roadside diners. We are seeking a confident, passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and drive the opening’s culinary excellence.

You will be an experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager, proud of food and team leadership. You’ll manage daily kitchen operations, health & safety, and create dishes that fit our bright, comforting theme.
