Job summary

The Fox & Pelican in Hindhead is seeking a Head Chef who takes pride in fresh, seasonal cooking and leads a fast-paced kitchen with calm under pressure.

You will set high standards, control the food side of the business, communicate effectively with the team and ensure impeccable hygiene and food safety knowledge.
