Contract: Term Time, permanent
Salary: £43,524 per annum
The prime function of this role is to lead the kitchen team and collaborate with the Catering Manager to deliver all catering services, while actively promoting and enhancing service quality.
This includes menu development, food preparation, and procurement processes from deliveries to the site, to finished meals leaving the kitchen.
The Head Chef will also oversee health and safety regulations, ensuring they are communicated effectively and adhered to by all staff.
