Job Description

• Lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your team to deliver exceptional standards.
• Build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships & communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment.
• Create a culture of excellence, pushing boundaries of brilliance through caring service, food standards, and innovation.
• Achieve critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
• An obsession for food and creating memorable experiences
• Experience managing, training, and supporting a team
• Financial acumen with budget management and commercial performance skills
• Excellent coaching, delegation, and influencing skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication
