Head Chef

Healthcare Homes Group is recruiting for a Head Chef at Meadow House, Swaffham.

Position Details:

• £14.50 per hour
• 30-36 hours per week (includes alternate weekends)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the hospitality team to deliver quality, nutritious meals for 38 residents daily.
2. Prepare and cook meals, liaise with residents to create menus featuring family favorites and theme nights.
3. Manage menu planning, stock control, and food ordering while minimizing waste.
4. Maintain high standards of kitchen practices and food hygiene.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in a professional kitchen.
• Good organizational skills.
• City and Guilds or NVQ qualifications preferred but not essential (training available through our Academy).
