Position: Head Chef

Location: London

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000 per annum

Hours: 40 per week

About the Role

We are one of the world's largest law firms with our UK HQ in London, catering for around 700 people daily. The role involves providing breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients and bespoke menus. The position is Monday to Friday, benefiting from excellent transport links.

Key Responsibilities

Work effectively within a team to deliver breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services.
Prepare food using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch, and adhering to brand standards.
Maintain high food standards and control wastage.
Follow all Food Hygiene, Health & Safety policies, and allergen control procedures.
Provide excellent customer service.
Be a great team player.

Skills and Qualifications

Genuine interest in food and customer service excellence.
Team-oriented with a passion for great food.
Organized with attention to detail.

Knowledge and Competencies

Good understanding and use of verbal English.
Proficient in written English and reading skills.
Experience in customer service or food preparation environments is preferred.
