The Role:

• Lead and inspire a dedicated kitchen team to deliver exceptional food and service.
• Develop and execute seasonal menus, ensuring creativity, consistency, and high quality.
• Oversee kitchen operations, food costing, and stock management to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance.
