Job summary

Thomas Franks in London is seeking a talented Head Chef to lead our Central London kitchen for a prestigious location, delivering breakfast, lunch and hospitality to approximately 150 guests daily.

You will be creative, lead a culinary team and showcase your skillset while upholding brand standards, allergen controls and safety policies. The salary is £55,000 per year for a Monday–Friday operation, with strong opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast, lunch and hospitality service.
• Ability to lead a kitchen and manage a team.
• Knowledge of brand standards and food hygiene.
• Proficient spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Work in a team to provide breakfast, lunch & hospitality.

Contract: Full Time , Permanent
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: 40h per week

A stunning B&I location in Central London for an international law firm. Catering for approximately 150 people daily. We offer an extensive hot and cold breakfast and lunch and lots of high end hospitality. The role is a Monday to Friday operation.

We are looking for a talented Head Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in London.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients & regularly changing bespoke menus. You will be creative and have the opportunity to showcase your skillset.

Key responsibilities:

• To work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
• To produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the companies brand standards
• Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
• Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
• Great team player

You will have the following skills:

• A genuine interest in food & excellent customer service

• An organised person with attention to detail
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good understanding and use of verbal English.
• Ability to demonstrate reasonable / good standard of written English and reading skills.
• Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
