Grosvenor Casinos in London is seeking a Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality dining experiences. You will manage day-to-day activities, maintain safety standards and own the food and beverage service across all visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• Solid stock control, ordering and stocktake analysis.
• Experience leading a team and building a high-performing culture.
• Demonstrated background in innovative menu design and creation.
• Must be 18+ and have the legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Coach and motivate the kitchen team to deliver excellence.
• Maintain health and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Own food and beverage service and drive consistency and quality.
• Work in a 24/7 casino environment with flexibility for night shifts and weekends.

As a Head Chef at Grosvenor Casinos, you’ll play a key leadership role, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and delivering high-quality dining experiences.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coach and motivate your team, and maintain health and safety standards to protect both staff and guests.

You’ll take ownership of food and beverage service, driving consistency, quality, and operational excellence on every visit – helping us achieve our mission to be the UK’s most loved casinos.

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
• A solid understanding of stock control, ordering, and analysing stocktake results.
• Demonstratable background in innovative menu/design & creation.
• Experience of leading a team and building a high performing culture.
• Minimum level 3 food safety (either current or expired).

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
