Job summary

Honest Burgers Ltd in London is seeking Head Chefs in South East London who can lead and drive their kitchen teams with energy, passion and humility. As a Head Chef you’ll champion health and safety, food standards and the Honest way of cooking burgers and chips, taking full accountability for your kitchen whether on shift or not.

You’ll manage audits, recruitment, team development and stock, work with front of house to hit KPIs, and help build a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity

As a Head Chef at Honest you’ll have a passion for being a great leader, whilst maintaining the best possible health & safety, and food standards.

There's an art to cooking burgers and chips the Honest way and as a Head Chef here you'll take full accountability of your Kitchen ensuring it runs perfectly whether they are on shift or not. You'll have full responsibility for: successful kitchen audits, recruitment, team development and stock management. In addition to supporting the GM, you and your team will work alongside the front of house team, to ensure meeting company KPI’s, standards and efficiency, all whilst keeping your BOH team happy and on track.

• £15.90 per hour OTE (Our data says you can earn and additional £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)
• Service charge split equally (100% goes to the employees)
