Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per annum

About the Role:

Lead the kitchen team, creating delicious, high-quality dishes that delight our customers
Manage daily kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and menu development
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
Work closely with the management team to develop seasonal menus and specials
Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both staff and patrons
