The Role
As our Head Chef, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen - leading from the front with creativity, precision, and care. You’ll have the freedom to shape the menu, influence the future of the food offering, and take ownership of our kitchen space.
Key responsibilities include:
•Leading and inspiring the kitchen team
•Developing original menu items, in line with seasonality
•Maintaining high standards across food quality, hygiene, and presentation and ensuring your team does the same
•Mentoring junior staff and building a supportive, positive kitchen culture
•Managing budgets and supplier relationships in partnership with the owner

About You
You might already be a Head Chef or a seasoned Sous Chef ready to step up. You’ll bring experience in a high-quality, fast-paced kitchen - along with a passion for Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. You’re calm under pressure, take pride in your craft, and lead by example.
