Position: Head Chef

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and creative Head Chef to join the Firepit Restaurant at Cave Hotel.

We have maintained a standard of 2 AA rosettes; are you the candidate that can deliver 3?

Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and day to day running of the kitchen.
2. Motivating a strong team of chefs.
3. Effectively managing budgets.
4. Contributing to menu development.
5. Ensuring organisation and time management are upheld.

Salary expectations circa £48k with monthly service charge (tronc).

48 hour contract.
