Head Chef

Hub Box is looking for a Head Chef to join the team, where we're serving up burgers, fries, cocktails & craft beer.

It’s not all about experience for us; the right ambition & attitude are more important than two decades of experience. If you are a hands-on leader who can cook in a high-energy kitchen & have a genuine passion for quality & provenance, then we want to hear from you.

As a Head Chef:

• Lead the kitchen ensuring what is served is consistently cooked to spec & our standards are never compromised.
• Lead, manage, coach, mentor & champion our standards & culture.
• Recruit & select kitchen team members.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety & health & safety regulations.
• Develop & grow your team’s knowledge, experience & expertise.
• Manage orders, stock takes & GP’s.
• Craft the rotas to ensure the right people are in the kitchen at the right time.
