We’re looking for a full time chef to manage our pub kitchen.
We’re also open to a franchise.
We‘re located on Hove seafront and we are a family run guest house, restaurant, bar and function room with frequent buffets.
We’re looking for an experienced pub chef confident in creating/costing a classic pub menu, someone who can be creative with weekly specials, someone reliable and punctual, well organised and a great team player. We have built a strong front of house team here and we’re looking for the missing piece… could that be you?
It’s a nice place to work and no crazy long 12 hour shifts! The kitchen closes at 9pm most nights, so no really late nights either.
Our food times are:
Mondays 5-9pm, Tuesdays off, Wednesdays off, Thursdays 5-9pm, Fridays 5-9pm, Saturdays 12-9 Sundays 12-5
The hours are made up to 30-35 with prepping hours And cleaning, the position is 5 days out of 7, or 6 days out of 7.
