We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our award-winning gastro pub in the Cotswolds. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven chef to take charge of a well-established kitchen, delivering seasonal, locally sourced dishes in a relaxed yet high-quality dining environment.

  2. 2-3 Rosette experience

  5. Ability to manage kitchen operations, including stock control, costings, and compliance
  6. A hands-on approach with a focus on consistency and quality
