Head Chef

This role is within our Stadia division, serving fans and visitors at prestigious UK stadiums. We cater for matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets, with teams skilled in adapting to client needs using locally sourced seasonal menus. We aim to deliver choice, quality, and value for money at some of the UK's most renowned sports venues.

What you'll be doing...

As a Head Chef, you will proactively manage and support a catering team, fostering financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

1. Recruit, train, support, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service to Elior UK, customers, and clients.
2. Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget.
3. Ensure effective team communication, build relationships, manage reporting, and liaise with clients to achieve operational excellence.
4. Be accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care.

• At least 2 years as Head Chef or Sous Chef, ready for the next step.
