The role of Head Chef at Denham Manor, a 52-bedded Residential, Nursing and Dementia Home, offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team in creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents. The home has a CQC rating of 'Good' and is highly rated on Carehome.co.uk, providing a welcoming and supportive environment for both residents and staff.

Main duties of the job

As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious, healthy meals using the best fresh ingredients. You will lead by example, mentoring your team and showcasing your creative flair to deliver high-level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts with no evening work, and you will receive a fully supported induction to the technical skills required in healthcare. There is also an opportunity to mentor your team and progress through the Chef academy.
