Shepherd Neame is seeking a dynamic Head Chef to join our team. If you have previous experience at a senior chef level and are looking for a new and rewarding challenge in the kitchen, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Located in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers 18 luxurious bedrooms, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine at the Quarterdeck restaurant or enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the Boathouse bar, which features a terrace and garden with stunning sea views.
We understand that an excellent Head Chef is vital to a successful kitchen. In this role, you will work alongside the General Manager to achieve key objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster growth at your site. You will lead and develop your team to deliver efficient, high-quality kitchen service while promoting an inclusive culture within the business.
