Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Head Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly during busy services and to inspire the team to deliver high-standard dishes. You’ll lead, train, and develop staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards while keeping guests satisfied.

You’ll work in a fast-paced pub kitchen with strong team culture, focused on delivering tasty, well-presented meals and continuous improvements across the kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy kitchen and developing a high performing team.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen and motivate others.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
