Job Description for Head Chef

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef seeking to step into a Head Chef role
• Proficient in working with fresh ingredients, demonstrating strong chef skills (food prep, hygiene, knife skills)
• Dedicated work ethic with a proactive leadership style, committed to high standards
• Experience managing KPIs, labour, stock, and food safety
• Background in reporting on metrics like GPs, labour, and food prep
• Experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff, including apprentices and junior chefs
