Title: Head Chef - £38,000 P/A + Tips and Bonus

Company Profile:

Our client is looking for your skills to join the kitchen team in this modern pub. The food at this establishment is fantastic; all the chef's specials are made from scratch using the finest, freshest ingredients. Everything is cooked, baked, and produced within the kitchen. This pub is part of a privately-owned group, providing a definite probability of career progression.

Responsibilities:

  1. Take on responsibility for the kitchen.
  2. Design menus and help train junior members of the team.
  3. Work as part of a very friendly team of chefs.
  4. Cook from fresh for up to 250 - 2000 covers a week.
  5. Maintain excellent food hygiene standards.
  6. Learn new dishes and styles, consistently striving to be at the leading edge of food fashion.
  7. Work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  8. Own transport is essential.
