Honest Burgers in South East London is seeking a Head Chef to lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team. You will drive food quality, ensure health and safety standards, manage back-of-house operations and work with the front-of-house team to hit KPI targets.

You will be accountable for kitchen audits, recruitment, training, stock management and cost controls, while fostering a positive, loyal culture and delivering the Honest Burgers experience to customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team to deliver consistent quality.
• Strong focus on food safety and health & safety compliance.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff.
• Experience managing stock, portioning and cost control.

Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional food quality and operational excellence. Drive positive kitchen culture, ensure compliance with all standards, and manage all back-of-house functions to meet company KPIs and contribute to overall restaurant success and a loyal, positive environment for both team and customers., We're looking for Head Chefs in South East London, who can lead and drive their kitchen teams. We want our kitchens to be positive environments where our Head Chefs role model energy, passion and humility. As a Head Chef at Honest you'll have a passion for being a great leader, whilst maintaining the best possible health & safety, and food standards. There's an art to cooking burgers and chips the Honest way and as a Head Chef here you'll take full accountability of your Kitchen ensuring it runs perfectly whether they are on shift or not. You'll have full responsibility for: successful kitchen audits, recruitment, team development and stock management. In addition to supporting the GM, you and your team will work alongside the front of house team, to ensure meeting company KPI's, standards and efficiency, all whilst keeping your BOH team happy and on track. As a leader in the business we want you to help generate a culture of loyalty, positivity and opportunity whilst recognising the positive impact you can have on your team and consumers.   £15.90 per hour OTE (Our data says you can earn and additional £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)
