Qualifications

• Experience in 2 AA Rosette establishments is ideal.

• Proven ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain hygiene/safety standards.
• Plan and design new seasonal menus using fresh, seasonal produce.
• Train and develop kitchen brigade; perform kitchen admin work.

This stunning gastro pub, is seeking the talents of an experienced Head Chef to oversee its operation. You will be creating European / Mediterranean cuisine to a Bib Gourmand standard using only fresh, seasonal produce.

As Head Chef, you will be heavily involved in planning and designing new seasonal menus as well as be involved in visiting suppliers to source produce and ingredients. You will be responsible for training and developing the kitchen brigade and reviewing their performance, maintaining the hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen and all the admin work for the kitchen. A great salary package of over £70,000 per annum is available for the right Head Chef.

Ideally, you would have worked within 2 AA Rosette establishments.
