About the Venue

Role Overview


As the Head Chef, you will lead a team of approximately 14 kitchen members, ensuring smooth operations and the delivery of outstanding dishes. You will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and driving innovation in the kitchen.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Rotas: Efficiently manage kitchen staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
  2. Food Costing & Pricing: Ensure profitability through effective cost control and pricing strategies.
  3. Menu Development: Create and refine high-quality, innovative dishes that delight our guests.
  4. Kitchen Stock Takes & Analysis: Manage inventory effectively and reduce waste.
  5. Recruitment & Selection: Build and lead a strong, cohesive kitchen team.
  6. HR & Compliance: Handle kitchen-related HR matters with professionalism and ensure compliance with regulations.
