We've opened our first UK hotel outside of London… and where better than the characterful capital of Scotland, Edinburgh. We are now looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team and play a crucial part in launching our brand in this new location. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for managing all kitchen teams and back-of-house F&B spaces, as well as menu creation across all outlets, while driving the business to meet budgeted KPIs.
The Hox in Edinburgh will feature 214 bedrooms inspired by Georgian heritage, a main restaurant, a large lobby & bar, a significant event space, and The Apartment – our unique meetings and events concept.
Experience Italian glam and romance at Patatino, our all-day restaurant, designed to capture the essence of long, joyful, convivial meals shared with friends on a sun-soaked Amalfi coast holiday, with pizza, pasta, and Negronis!
