Head Chef

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum plus tronc (Circa £5,000) + Bonus Scheme up to 30% of base salary

Circa £55,000 PA total package

About the Role

The Head Chef position is based at McLarens on the Corner, a popular family-friendly bar and restaurant in Edinburgh’s Morningside. The menu features local and seasonal produce, served across three floors. The establishment caters to families and aims to provide something for everyone.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience at a similar level or role within hospitality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a team
• Passion for food and creativity in menu development
• Experience with budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering, and staff management
