The Glasshouse Hotel in Edinburgh is seeking an accomplished Head Chef to lead the culinary team across the restaurant, bar and events. You will report to the Hotel Manager and inspire excellence in service and presentation.

You will drive menu development, coach the kitchen brigade, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and HACCP compliance in a luxurious 77-bedroom property with a blend of historic charm and modern elegance.

Head Chef

As the Head Chef at The Glasshouse Hotel, you will be an inspirational leader crafting the culinary experiences for the Restaurant, bar, and events operations, reporting to the Hotel Manager.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Head Chef in a hotel and events operation.

You will have exceptional people skills, developing and training the kitchen brigade to work in a high quality and safe working environment.

You will be an organised leader with sounds knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety.
