Job summary

Greene King Brewery is seeking a Head Chef for King Rufus in Chandlers Ford. The role is full-time, permanent, with 45 hours per week and a salary of £31,000 - £35,000 plus bonus. You will oversee a busy kitchen, develop a strong team, and ensure consistently excellent dishes.

The Head Chef will lead and train staff, maintain high hygiene standards, and drive a culture of quality across our Pub & Grill, with opportunities for career development within the Greene King group.
