  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensure cost efficiency, and produce innovative, high-quality menus within budget to enhance sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years.
  • Legal right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks.
What We Offer:
  • Full-time position, 35 hours/week, shift pattern 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
  • Hourly rate: £13.00.

A Day in the Life of a Head Chef:
  • Lead and train culinary staff, ensure quality and consistency in food presentation.
  • Identify training needs, implement new procedures, and maintain staff records.
  • Develop innovative solutions efficiently, foster client relationships, and stay updated on culinary trends.
  • Empower team to deliver excellent customer service, handle concerns, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
Ideal Candidate:
  • NVQ Levels 1 & 2 in culinary skills.
  • Clean Enhanced DBS.
  • Experience in educational environments preferred.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a can-do approach.
  • Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work, with the ability to pass security checks.
