Job description

Having recently become part of the St Austell Brewery managed estate, there’s never been a better time to join and lead the kitchen team in taking our food offering to the next level.

Set right on the water’s edge with breath-taking views of St Michael’s Mount, The Godolphin is a much-loved pub where guests come to eat, drink, sleep, and unwind—whatever the weather. If you’re passionate about great food and want to be part of an exciting new chapter, we’d love to hear from you!

Our Chefs …

  • Front the Kitchen and Back of House Team, taking pride in overseeing a quality food offering that delights our guests.
  • Are well organised, adaptable, with a genuine passion for what they do.
  • Take pride in delivering a consistent, high quality food offering.
  • Combine great product knowledge with a practical understanding of daily operations in a busy kitchen.
  • Understand budgets and sales targets, and play a vital part in helping to achieve them.
