Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Cambridge. The Head Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen operations, creating menus, ensuring quality and consistency of dishes, and maintaining health and safety standards. This role includes overseeing kitchen staff, managing food costs, and liaising with suppliers. Additionally, the Head Chef will work closely with the management team to provide an excellent dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
• Excellent culinary skills, including menu creation and food presentation
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
• Ability to manage food costs and inventory effectively
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Qualification in Culinary Arts or related field is advantageous
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
