What’s involved?
As the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include supporting and leading other chefs through clear communication and delegation, identifying training needs, and taking a proactive role in the team. You will identify and resolve issues, share ideas for improvements, and manage ordering, food-related GPs, health and safety, and people management of a small team, supported by the Executive Head Chef.
