What you will be doing:
The Head Chef oversees the entire operation of their YO! Kitchen, ensuring the safety of our teams and guests. You will lead and motivate the kitchen staff, obsess over food quality, follow specifications meticulously, and prepare every YO! dish to perfection. Your focus will be on creating a happy team and guest experience, developing your team to Super Squad status, and driving restaurant profitability through effective food cost controls.
You will be proficient in all kitchen sections—cutting fish, cooking rice, rolling sushi—and maintain daily kitchen standards. As an inspirational leader, you will run energetic shifts, ensuring each part of the day delivers an outstanding experience for guests and staff alike.
